Meet our Owner and Baker!

Samantha White is the owner and baker of Bakefection™. Samantha grew up baking in the kitchen with her mom, grandmothers and also with her dad. She has always loved baking. Samantha graduated highschool in 2023 and originally planned to attend college with a double major in musical theater and culinary arts with minors in dance and ASL interpreting. Her plans changed when she started having health problems in March 2023. She officially created Bakefection™ in July of 2023 as a way to make a living while also doing something she loves. Despite physical challenges, she has established a reputation for exceptional cookies and holiday breads. She loves to make a beautiful variety of breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, fritters and so much more!
